~ The four basic categories of stress

~ Symptoms of stress

~ Techniques to reduce stress in the short term

~ Techniques to reduce stress in the long term

~ The benefits of managing one’s stress –  to self and others

 

 

During this practical workshop all participants are encouraged to participate, either through sharing of examples, completing exercises and/or role-plays.
